Both Craig and Kendra are incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgable about what they do. They helped us find a house within a central location to my husband’s work since we weren’t very familiar with the area. They were also able to explain the home buying process very well for us as first-time homebuyers in a way that was easy to understand and made things less intimidating. This knowledge was also extremely helpful when it came to negotiating about things such as repairs and costs since our inexperience made it so we weren’t exactly sure what to ask for and how. However, Craig and Kendra were able to take interpret our layman requests and apply them within the scope of their expertise and industry knowledge so that we were 100% satisfied.
