I had an effortless experience working with Craig helping me find and view a home. After going through homes that were not to my interest. A house was found meeting all the criteria I was looking for. He was very clear with communication. Within a hot housing market, he quickly got a viewing setup. After viewing the home, all of the paperwork and negotiations for the offer process was handled by Craig and Kendra respectively when he was with other clients. I really appreciated the communication with him in person, it was genuine and he answered all of my questions to his best ability. If he didn’t have the answer off hand, he let me know and then got back to me. A very easy going gentlemen and a pleasure to work with.
