Mr. Spicer is very courteous, pleasant, easy to have a conversation with, reassuring when my anxiety took over ( happened a few times ), always available and responded promptly to my questions. Kept me informed with every step in the process and called to ensure that I understood what this or that meant and what to expect next. Mr Spicer is very reliable, knowledgeable, respectful.
